Everywhere you go, there is music, whether its walking down the street, watching the TV at home or when you are out with friends. Many of us have music on our phones or other portable devices which we carry with us every day. It has became normal to see people teenagers and upwards walking on their own with their music playing. Some will have it on in both ears, or just one if they are with their friends.
I for one, love my music, I always have a pair of headphones with me so I can listen to my music if I get a chance when I am out on my own. There is a large range of music that I like. On my phone you will find Metal music, rock, alternative and jokey pop bands. I don't really listen to the things that are none stop played on the radio, although some are okay.
Okay, so growing up, I fit my music around what my friends like, I'm sure a lot of you have done it too, regardless of the type of music it is. Some people MIGHT also earn little nicknames based on the music they listen to (an example would be 'emo' or 'mosher'). Through high school I went from pop, to rap, to metal and rock. Now one of the things I would change if I had to do it again is that. I would make sure I listened to the music that I liked when I like to listen to it and wouldn't care about what anybody else thinks.
Now I listen to a range of music from a bunch of different artists, yes I still listen to rock and metal, but sometimes I go back to rap for a little while, and some pop because its just so nostalgic remembering what I used to be like. A few days ago I told my friend about my guilty pleasures when it comes to music, with some things like what I used to listen to when I was a little girl and some songs now that are in the charts... She did not agree with me, but I still love them.
My advice to anyone would be that you should never care about what types of music that you listen to, no matter what genre it is. Be yourself and never let anyone try and change your opinion of something just because they don't like it. I've had this happen to me before a while ago and I can tell you, I sucks.

The Boredness Blog
Okay, so this week hasn't been the best for me, which is why I haven't posted until now. Last week for the last two days I was ill and I just didn't want to get out of bed for feelings of nausea.
But I'm feeling a little bit better now so I'm back, and hopefully I will be posting more often. After speaking to my best friend I hope to post more, as she has said its a good idea to start doing what we love each day. She draws and I write.
I hope to be back with more tomorrow :) see you all then!!

Passions
Okay, so I should've posted more by now but I've been ill... Unfortunately.
After being on this world for just over 18 years now, I'm finding it weird to even think about the future. Every day I seem to be unchanged but my passions seem unaltered. One of my passions is to write. But whenever I begin to write or even try to continue I start to judge the way that I write methodically. Does it make sense? Am I trying to get through the plot too quickly? Ugh. I don't know, but whatever I do, I try really hard to get it done correctly, but I can't hold down a simple story plot. I have so many good ides, but they are always when I am out, when I don't have access to my phone or a notepad, then I get writers block and I hate it.
However, I am trying to get a book done, and I'm trying to get it through slowly.
But this is my point. You should never give up on something just because you don't think you're good enough. You have to believe in yourself and who you are. People need to be more sure of themselves.
Trust me, you'll love the things you accomplish. An example, I gave up on a story a while back, however, when I showed the first few chapters they seemed to love it. I'm sure one day, I'll succeed.

Making A Point
Okay, so a lot of people have been asking me about the general thing I will be blogging about. The answer to this question is... I don't really know.
My blogs can be about anything, ranging from video games to random thoughts that I have. My blog should have something for everyone... I think.
Okay, so I am a little new to this and it may take me a while to get used to, but I hope to be blogging quite frequently about me, my likes, my dislikes... Some you may like, some you may not - it's your call. Keep watching this space for new blogs which should be appearing quite soon!
Thanks!

All About Me
Hi there! My name is Stephanie, and I am from the UK.
Okay, so today I decided to start a blog. I've never done it before so I'm quite new at it all. But I thought it would be nice if people knew a little bit about me.
I am a passionate gamer. I love many sorts of games, but my favorite is the Bioshock series, which I fell in love with after recieving the games on my last birthday. I continue to play them again and again because the stories get to me in a way that nothing else can. When playing the games, I like to play them slowly to explore every nook and cranny of Rapture. Many of you probably won't know what that is - it's an underwater city when everything broke down on new years 1959.
Anyway - I work a full time job, working Monday to Friday. I am hoping to keep the job at the end of it, I love my job.
One of my hobbies is to write, and feel as if it is my real passion to write - but I can never continue with stories, because I get writer's block all the time... I'm getting it a bit now actually. I am a regular twitter user too, which I update with silly little nonsense every day, just to keep myself a little bit occupied.
I made this blog so that I can express myself as a person. I hope people know that and keep it in mind whenever I post things.
Also keep in mind that I am me. Nothing's going to change that, no matter how much everyone hates it.
